Trying to install pov addon to kodi

i am usisng troypoint guide to install pov to kodi.

i have been typing in https://kodifitzwell.github.io/repo/

i have tried 4 times and says kodifitzwell repository addon installed, then click on install from repository and says could not connect to repository.

what am i doing wrong?
