Did you set up any Debrid services in Syncler?
I don’t like how it immediately goes into resolving instead of being able to see the episodes, so you know you’re on the right one.
Long press on the show and it will bring you to the details page and show you the episode and give the option for the full episode list.
I think what you are experiencing with the thumbnail/backdrop is covered by the “Thumbnail notice” under visuals where it talks about choices being overridden to maintain aspect ratio.

I just installe syncler II on the new onn 4k pro streaming device following Troy’s video.
Is anyone else having issues saving categories in the new version of Syncler on their personal home screen. It only let me add one column that doesn’t even let me select any custom features like descending or ascending. Followed Troy’s steps down to a tee. I would love to customize my home screen but it’s not allowing me. Thank You everyone and Troy Thank You showing us how to install the vendor packages. Miki you are always the best on chiming in when I am doing someone thing incorrectly any thoughts. The only guess you’ll experiencing is on my custom home screen.

Select Trakt Tab > top left.
Click on the row you want to save into a " Home Screen". Expand this row from the pop up menu.
Top left:
To save them> select the order you want them to appear> ( for example-release date- asc/ desc etc)> add to home.
Give it a title e.g. The same as your selected order.
But you will need to add a category first. Bottom of that page on the right. Add category. Category example " TV Shows".
Now go back and add to home> below that should appear " TV shows". Click on it> add.
Now go back to your home page> top left and click on the tab until you see xxxx home.
Click on that and you have started a home page. This will now sync to any other devices you have Syncler installed on.
Finally> make a backup for posterity.
That’s the best way I can explain it to you.
Edit: Please note that if you are trying to do the above, and have selected TMDB tap top left, it will not maintsin the order selected.
Its a known logged issue with the dev.

Yeah first time trying this and bugs everywhere. I don’t see how anyone would actually pay for this. I only tried it because it’s free but WOW!

I dont have any issues with it. Maybe as a first time user, it can be a little daunting.

Try customizing your Home Screen? Try making changes to how stuff is displayed. I’ve always said KODI is FREE no need to pay for something inferior

Absolutely no issues customising home screen, nor display layout.
You’re a kodi fan and thats fine.
Everyone has different preferences.

I made several attempts on my “Bee-Link GT King Pro Android Version 9” to enter the vendor’s url! making sure above read https:// inputting url jakedup.com/syncler/vendor/ Clicked on “Check Mark” clicked “Add New Vendor” clicked “Proceed” app indicated “Vendor Default Setup Will Execute” along with “Install Provider Package JakedUp-Express Hybrid com.jackedup.hybrid)-set cache host to cache.bouncy.cc” clicked “OK” clicked “Proceed” app responded with “jakedup-vendor JakedUp Package Configurator” message & finally clicked “OK” app error message " If you do not know your vendor url you may find one by searching the internet for ‘Syncler vendors’
I tried Clearing the Cache! Force Stopping App! turning the SurfShark VPN off! Even made sure it could install unknown apps! What Am I Missing?

@BROTHER Remove the " /" at the end. It has been updated by the dev.

Make sure that there are no spaces at the start of and end of url.
Just enter that url. Forget playing with bouncy cache. That should set up automatically after vendor and package is installed.

Truly appreciate the timely feed back! Early Iast week I attempting the same format without the forward slash with the same results! When I saw the update with the / I was excited! It’s been a whole week now fighting & arguing with 2.0! I promise you! I have been laser focus on ensuring the laid out is correct! Including spacing! I’ve been trying with & without the forward slash! But to no avail! This thing is kicking my butt & winning every argument on every front! Don’t let me go down like that!

Confirm that you have an active S+ account.
@BROTHER Further to your PM.
Having signed up for the free s2 offer, using your normal account credentials, to an already existing account, conflicts with your existing account.
I’m surprised you were even able to do that, and that the app accepted it. Especially as your paid up S+ account is linked to your credentials.
Hence your issue.
